Although we were not able to host our annual Senior Open House for the upcoming high school seniors this year (due to COVID-19), we successfully hosted a live stream event, thanks to our awesome photographers who worked hard on the slides, videos, tech, and rehearsals! We hope everyone enjoyed virtually touring our studios, meeting our crew, learning about our sessions and Senior Model Program, getting tips on hair, makeup, and clothing for senior sessions, asking us questions, and more! If you missed it or would like to see our slides/videos again, scroll down to see the highlights from our live event!

Livestream Q+A

Q: Is there any way to get pictures in the studio and outside during the same session?

A: Yes! The signature session allows for indoor and outdoor portraits!

Q: Do I need to know how to pose?

A: Absolutely not!  Our photographers are professionally trained and give you poses during your entire session.

Q: What if I do my own makeup?  Any suggestions for that?

A: If you do your own makeup, we recommend keeping it natural. Make sure to add cover-up under the eyes and to cover blemishes. We also recommend a little blush and contour. Avoid any highlighter in your portraits because sometimes it can look too shiny.

Q: What should I wear for my yearbook photo?

A: Keep it simple. For girls, we always recommend a solid, long sleeve, dark colored shirt for your yearbook portrait. For guys, we recommend wearing a tailored suit and tie, or nice sweater/quarter zip. Try to avoid just a button down shirt, because wrinkles tend to show.

Q: My kid is a swimmer, will the school allow photos in the pool area? Do you offer something like that?

A: Our Anywhere Session would allow us to come shoot at a pool.  You would just have to get permission from the school.
